Emergency SOS On iPhone - if you press your sleep/wake button at the top of your phone five times, your phone will emit a siren, count down from 3, and then call emergency services, as well as text your emergency contacts (if you've set this feature up) to let them know you've called emergency services and will include your location.

To set this up, search for "Emergency SOS" in settings to slide the buttons to show green, but you can disable the countdown for safety reasons by sliding the button for "Countdown sound" to off.

Android has something similar.
