be put off by the name of this online class. Men can sign up, too.

search for local classes. In the “What are you looking for?” search bar, type
in “self-defense classes.” A quick search that shows up is: self-defense
classes for women. In the “Where?” search, type in your location.
You can do the same using Yelp.
Look for Krav Maga lessons near you, too. Krav Maga is a
military self-defence and fighting system developed for the Israel Defense
Forces (IDF) and Israeli security forces derived from a combination of
